SPIRKA SCHNELLFLECHTER GMBH(SSB) offers a comprehensive product portfolio of 16, 24, 32, and 36 carrier braiding machines in vertical and horizontal applications as well as for needed combination machines like taping units, payoff, and takeup for reels up to 2500 mm flange diameter.
At WIRE 2022 SSB will exhibit at booth 9 B06 a so-called Medium Heavy Braider type 16 Fo3 A in combination with a suitable winding line for heavier copper and steel wires as a technological line.
This braiding machine has an application range for cables up to 45 mm and steel and copper wires up to 0,4 mm diameter and is also suitable for steel wires and thread tension up to 35 N, handling spools with a max. flange diameter of 98 mm and 550 m3.
